The Sales Manager is responsible for managing, developing and growing our sales team through the application of quality principles and effective marketing strategies to assure customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for managing and directing the sales team and the draft/design team
– Develop and execute an annual marketing and sales strategy by market segment for the customer account business based on thorough competitor cost analysis, customer input, and market research
– Oversee coordination with the Scheduling, Production, Customer Service, and Draft/Design departments on product development and projects
– Actively involved in process improvement, the development, implementation, and adherence of standard operating procedures, the development of personnel, monitoring on-time delivery, and other processes leading to continual improvement in customer satisfaction

Requirements
– College degree
– 3 years related experience in Home Improvement management
– Extensive knowledge of doors, windows and knowledge of industry, design, and product knowledge

– Must have excellent organization and planning skills and be proficient in the use of automated spreadsheets and job-related software (Excel, Work and Outlook)
– Knowledge and experience in market analysis, cost estimating system, pricing, negotiation, and performance management and employee development techniques

The General Manager will be responsible for directing and supervising all work performed by general management, and administrative support to the company. Responsibilities include operations oversight of administrative functions, and safety of all employees as well as productivity of field and office staff. This position will ensure the company’s profitability by managing the budget, controlling expenses, ensuring quality control and building/maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
– Develops and implements a business plan, including goals and action items for growth, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction and training

We are looking for an effective Warehouse/production Manager to direct receiving, warehousing, production and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a variety of Basikwall products while ensuring all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler to join the team. In this role, you will receive materials, pull orders for walk-in customers, operate forklifts, and load products onto delivery trucks.
Responsibilities
– Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
– Responding to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner
– Completing pick ticket orders
– Unloading/receiving all OTR deliveries
