Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing at BASIKWALL. If you are not satisfied with our products. please review our policy on returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel products or orders that haven’t entered our ordering system, and you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may inform us by:

No restocking fee will incur and a credit memo will be issued. Check with your dealer for their return policies.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

BASIKWALL INC. will return products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. A 20% restocking fee is applied to any in-stock products, and only store credit is issued. 

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were released in the last 10 days and must be shipped back or postmarked prior to the expiration of the 10-day range. 
  • The products are in the original packaging in a resalable condition.
  • The products were not used or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, etc.) Home owners to check with your dealer for their return policy.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The products were purchased more than 10 days ago.
  • The products were made-to-order or custom to your specification and/or clearly personalized, altered, assembled, modified.
  • Products on sale, discount, or promotion.
  • Special ordered (Built-to-order, Made-to-order, custom) products.
  • The products which according to their nature are not returnable, have normal wear and tear.
  • The products are inseparably mixed with other products or items.

We reserve the right to refuse any products that do not meet the above return condition at our sole discretion.

We treat exchanges as a return with a new purchase.
