Yes, we have hundreds of specifications of glass wall systems and bi-fold doors and windows in stock.
Do not use a power washer. Power washers have a highly pressurized spray that can damage glass patio doors. They can cause water penetration, remove paint, and may also damage the seal around your doors.
Pressure washing is something that you should be very wary of when cleaning Aluminum, UPVC and glass. The force exerted by a pressure washer can be incredibly strong, and it can easily damage your doors and windows if you point the stream of water directly at the door or window and are too close to it at the time. Rather than using a pressure washer, it’s much safer (and generally the same amount of effort) to use a simple telescopic hose to clean windows that are higher up, and clean doors with a simple sponge and chamois cloth.
Yes, our folding doors, glass wall systems or bi-fold doors are constructed with double-layer tempered and Low-E (i.e., low emissivity glass).

With a pivot door, the pivot box is located in the center of the door frame and so it creates a really different entrance to the home. We create a build-out around the existing frame so that a fly or security screen can be fitted.
Pivot doors look like conventional doors, but with one main difference: they don’t hang from the side of the door frame by hinges. Instead, they are supported on pivots that are mounted at the bottom and the top of the door. A pivot door does not need a frame and its weight is supported by the pivot.
Pivot front doors can be as big as you like and certainly far bigger than a standard door. Our standard doors are up to 1,500mm (59.06”) wide and 3,000mm (118.11”) tall. In fact, they have to be a minimum of 1,000mm (39.37”) wide to work. In Custom Design, we can go up 23ft, 7ft wide.

It is normal that Insulating glass with Low-E coatings exhibits a blue-gray “haze” under certain viewing conditions. Particularly when the Low-E glass is partially in direct sunlight and partially in shade, a haze will be visible in the sunlit portion of the glass when viewed from the interior.
Low-E coatings have become so popular because of performance benefits –heating and cooling cost savings, greater occupant comfort, reduced fading of interior fabrics and wood floors.
As with all glass, there is the potential for the double glazing to display a ‘blue haze’ at certain times throughout the year, either when the sun is at a particular angle or when viewed under some lighting conditions. Haze can appear blue in colour and looks similar to a transparent film or a cloudy effect on the glass. It can give the impression that the glass is faulty but it isn’t. It’s a natural occurrence due to the thermal coating and nothing that Safe Style can rectify. It will not cause any permanent damage; it is the product we sell/supply.

Edge Blushing
In both structural and butt glazed applications, silicone sealants may come in contact with the polyvinyl butyral (pvb) interlayer used in laminated glass. When silicone contacts the laminated glass edge, a cosmetic blushing of the pvb interlayer will occur over time. It generally begins as a small bubble formation at the contacted edge, which then grows to form a limited unbonded area at the glass edge. This reaction is limited and generally does not exceed more than 3/8″ (9.5mm). Edge blushing may be visible however does not affect the structural integrity of the laminated glass with respect to its ability to resist uniform loads.
